• The favorite cut of pork is bacon. The runner up is pork chops.
• The favorite cut of lamb is ground lamb. The runner up is lamb chops.
• Most of you have some freezer space to spare.
• The most popular method of cooking is on the stovetop.
• Two of you like to cook meat in  a sous vide bath! So fancy!
• Most of you like to eat meat 3 or 4 times a week.
